For over twenty five years,             we have provided excellent legal services in the Chicago Chicago metropolitan area.   The law office is a small firm that combines personal service with extensive legal experience.

The size of the law firm allows personal attention to client requirements. Given the transactional  nature of the practice, the firm has the ability to meet our various client requirements, and adjust to  both the ongoing and varying volume of client demands.

The principal, Gwendolyn M. Bryant, has practiced law in the State of Illinois since 1982.

Ms. Bryant graduated law school in 1982, was then admitted to the Illinois and Federal Northern District bars.

Her professional memberships and additional credentials have included: Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Former Member Judicial Evaluation Committee; and Cook County Bar Association, and the Probate and Estate Planning Committee.

Over the years, Ms. Bryant has handled a vast number of general litigation matters in the state's civil

and chancery divisions, contested and non-contested probate matters and appellate court cases. Ms. Bryant is also a frequent seminar presenter and often speaks to groups regarding both estate planning and real estate topics.
